ANSWER: You may pay with your credit, debit or check card via Paypal or

Also, checks are accepted via Paypal E-check. Non-Paypal
members may pay via Western Union / Money Gram wire transfer or money

2. QUESTION: How do I pay if I live internationally in a different country?
ANSWER: You may send money via Western Union, Money Gram,
Google Check-Out or Paypal to pay for your item. International
checks and money order are not accepted
(Canada Post money orders are accepted).
3. QUESTION: Are there any fees or charges to use PMBBAY.com?
ANSWER: No, there are no fees or charges. This site is free to use and
no sign-up is required.

5. QUESTION: How long will it take to receive my item in the mail?
ANSWER: All domestic buyers items are shipped via 2-3 day Priority
Air Mail (USPS). A delivery tracking number is provided
within the US. International items are shipped via 8 - 16 days
Air Mail or economy mail may be requested. Most
items ship out within 48 hours or sooner. Please see your
item detail for the actual "ship out" time frame.
6. QUESTION: What if I am not completely satisfied with my
purchase?
ANSWER: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you
may request a refund by emailing: service@pmbbay.com
refunds may be requested within 30 days of your
purchase date or anytime during your guarantee period. All
items include a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
7. QUESTION: How long is the guarantee period? If something should
happen to my item, how do I get a replacement item at no
charge during the guarantee period?

Within the guarantee period, we will replace the item or
refund the total amount to you. Simply contact us and state
the reason you would like to obtain a new item or refund.
Return the item in the original packaging to us. Once the
item is received, your refund or guarantee request will be
processed within 48 hours.
